Spatially separated intraepithelial and lamina propria neutrophils present distinct functional identities in the inflamed colon mucosa

We used GeoMx DSP technology to profile the gene expression information of intraepithelial neutrophils (IENs) and lamina propria neutrophils (LPNs) from moderate-severe UC patients's colon. Overall design: FFPE blockes were obtained from moderate-severe UC patients colon. Slides were processed for GeoMx processing under the manufactor instruction; panCK and Elastase were used to mark the area of interest.
