资源简介:
Tea (Camellia sinensis [L.] O. Kuntze) have been widely grown in Guizhou Province, China, and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. D. segeticola is a phytopathogen that causes tea leaf spot, and decreases the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by D. segeticola was firstly found in Shiqian County, Guizhou Province, China. A lesion was formed 48 h post inoculation on each leaf inoculated with D. segeticola strain CGMCC3.20152 (namely strain GZSQ-4). Total RNA was extracted from tea leaves using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, U.S.A.), following the manufacturer's procedure. A cDNA library was prepared using TruSeq stranded mRNA Sample Preparation kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, U.S.A.), and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform by Lc-Bio Technologies Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou, China), following the recommended protocol of manufacturer.
