Different expression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in rats induced by high-fat diet

This study aimed to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of Didymin on lipid metabolic disturbance in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Rats were administrated with a high-fat diet (HFD) for 8 weeks to induce NAFLD, followed by different dose Didymin treatment for further 6 weeks.本研究旨在探究双氢芹菜素苷（Didymin）对非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）模型大鼠脂质代谢紊乱的影响及其潜在作用机制。研究人员通过高脂饮食（HFD）喂养大鼠8周以构建非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型，随后给予不同剂量的双氢芹菜素苷干预，持续6周。
