Reservoir management in Burkina Faso - decision analysis repository

Within the "Targeting Agricultural Innovations" project, the World Agroforestry Centre, in collaboration with the University of Bonn, conducted a decision analysis on irrigation reservoir management in Burkina Faso. This dataset contains the model, documentation materials and a methods guide.

The model itself is in the Sediment_model.R file, which can be run in R programming language. The input data is in Sediment.csv, while Sediment_legend.csv contains information on how to label variables in figures. The other 3 .R files contain helper scripts that are necessary for running the code. The code also requires use of the decisionSupport package for R.
