This dataset is constructed by collecting internal enterprise data to conduct statistical analysis on the inspection data of explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin across all batches. It calculates the relative deviation between the inspection results of each test item in each batch and the corresponding standard requirements, compares the inspection results and relative deviations of all batches, and assists enterprises in evaluating the output stability of their explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin production processes via analysis of these results and deviations, enabling targeted improvements to the production workflow. Furthermore, sharing this dataset within the industry allows other enterprises in the sector to clearly identify the areas prone to fluctuations during the production of explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin, assisting them in optimizing their respective production processes to enhance the output stability of their products. Sharing this dataset with end users helps them effectively recognize the parts of explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin that are susceptible to significant fluctuations, thereby improving their acceptance efficiency for such products. The algorithm rules for the inspection and analysis data of explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Retrieve and collect the inspection data of explosion-proof needle injection molded fabric resin for each batch within the enterprise; 2. Data Processing: Perform calculations on the collected data, excluding appearance inspection items.
