Projected changes in precipitation and temperature over the Murray Darling Basin estimated from large ensembles
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the supporting data for Devanand et al. (2026): Partitioning uncertainty in climate projections for the Murray Darling Basin using large ensembles, https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/2515-7620/ae4a77. The zip file contains the following data: pattern_scaling: Estimates of changes in precipitation ('pr') and 2-m air temperature ('tas') from future simulations of scenarios ssp245, ssp370, and ssp585 averaged over the northern basin, southern basin and the whole of the Murray Darling Basin (MDB). These are the changes estimated for a global temperture increase of 1.5 degrees (from baseline 1976 to 2005) using the pattern scaling method. timeslice_method: Changes in precipitation ('pr') and 2-m air temperature ('tas') estimated using 30-year timeslices with specified increases in global temperature from the basline (1976 to 2005). The data is estimated from uture simulations of scenarios ssp245, ssp370, and ssp585, and averaged over the northern basin, southern basin and the whole of the Murray Darling Basin (MDB). The subfolders contain data for varying increases in global temperature ranging from 0.75 to 3 degrees (from the 1976-2005 baseline).
