Biologic therapy in psoriasis patients with current or previous solid tumor malignancy: A systematic review

Psoriasis is a helper T cell 17-driven chronic inflammatory disease.​ Although targeted biologics revolutionized management, the utility and safety of biologics in psoriasis patients with current or previous solid tumor malignancy (PPM) remains uncertain.​​ This systematic review investigates evidence surrounding this indication.
