Genome analysis of B. bronchiseptica isolated from a pig with atrophic rhinitis. Bordetella bronchiseptica

To elucidate the underlying genetic characteristics associated with the ability to cause atrophic rhinitis in pigs, we determined the complete genome sequence of B. bronchiseptica strain S798 isolated from a pig with atrophic rhinitis in Japan.
