ANALISIS USABILITY DAN USER EXPERIENCE MENU ACADEMIC SERVICE PADA WEBSITE SIAX MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) DAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ)

This dataset supports the research entitled “Usability and User Experience Analysis of the Academic Service Menu on the SIAX Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)”. The dataset consists of both raw and processed data obtained from a usability and user experience evaluation of the Academic Service Menu on the SIAX website. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 102 respondents who are active undergraduate students of Bina Nusantara University and have prior experience using the SIAX system. The dataset includes the following components: Raw questionnaire data collected from respondents. System Usability Scale (SUS) scoring results, including the calculation process used to obtain the final usability score. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) data processing, including score transformation from the original 1–7 Likert scale to the standardized −3 to +3 scale. Statistical calculations, including the mean and variance values for each UEQ dimension. Summary of evaluation results, including interpretation based on established SUS and UEQ benchmark guidelines. All personally identifiable information has been removed from the dataset to ensure respondent anonymity and to comply with ethical research practices. This dataset is published to support research transparency, reproducibility, and further academic analysis related to usability and user experience evaluation in educational information systems.
