ORG.one project - <Sphyrna lewini>Ecuador

Rapid sequencing of the critically endangered < Sphyrna lewini > as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo . Scalloped hammerhead shark tissue was a collected in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas-Ecuador, processed at the research laboratory at the Faculty of Biological Sciences. DNA extraction was performed with 30 mg and the sequencing effort consisted of three runs of the sample with the Rapid Sequencing Kit V14 (SQK-RAD114).
