GNPS - Metabolomics on organic extracts of Pseudoalteromonas rubra and Colwellia chukchiensis

Extracts of two proteobacteria, Pseudoalteromonas rubra and Colwellia chukchiensis, grown on Marine Agar 2216, in the presence and absence of a sub-lethal amount of chloramphenicol. Biomass was lyophilized and extracted with EtOAc in order to analyze their secondary metabolomes.
