Microbiome of bulk soils, rhizosphere soils, and turfgrass root endophytes

This work examined and compared the composition and structure of the microbial community in the bulk soils, rhizosphere soils, and root endophytes from four different turfgrass species/cultivars: fairway bermudagrass, ultradwarf bermudagrass, tall fescue, and creeping bentgrass. The goal is to determine whether environmental factors or grass types is the determinant of the root endophytes.
