Transcriptomic profile of thymol-adapted P. psychrophila M33T02.2

To understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the reversion of antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas psychrophila M33T02.2 in response to thymol, a global transcriptomic analysis was achieved in non-adapted and thymol adapted strain. The aim of this study is to determine the genes differentially expressed which are involved in antimicrobial resistance.
