In this study we investigated the community structure of bacteria in well H13 in the Hainich region (Thuringia/Germany). Sample was obtained in March 2020 and contained the isolate EP7. This isolate belongs to family Isosphaeraceae, order Isosphaerales, class Planctomycetia, phylum Planctomycetota. The community structure was assessed by amplicon sequencing using Illumina MiSeq, with the primer combination Bakt_0341F/Bakt_0785R for the bacterial 16S rRNA gene.
