This archive contains the datasets associated with the publication "Yield Prediction of Organic Reactions in Biased Datasets via Positive-Unlabeled Learning". It provides both the original literature datasets used for benchmarking and the augmented datasets containing "Reliable Negatives" identified by the PAYN framework.
