资源简介:
This study aims to investigate the impacts of learning media (Virtual Reality vs 2D screen-video) and emotional message frames (Hope appeal vs Fear appeal) on students’ emotions and perceived efficacies towards Climate Change. Data included in the datahub are: survey responses, students’ reflective essays, and interview transcripts. <br> Before and after viewing either VR or 2D videos on climate change, surveys were conducted to measure students' emotional responses (hope and fear) and perceptions of efficacy (self-efficacy, collective efficacy, and response efficacy). After watching the video, students' reflective essays were collected and 12 students were interviewed. In the interviews, specific questions about reflective essays were asked about students’ feelings and efficacies towards acting against climate change after watching the video.
