Datasets and models for the manuscript "Puget predicts gene expression across cell types using sequence and 3D chromatin organization data"

This repository contains the trained model checkpoints, metadata, and a pre-processed demo dataset associated with the manuscript "Puget predicts gene expression across cell types using sequence and 3D chromatin organization data."It provides the accession lists required to download and process the full datasets, along with trained models for inference and interpretation. A processed demo dataset is also provided for testing of the software pipeline.
