资源简介:
To investigate the mechanism of resistance to azole antifungals in the dermatophyte Microsporum canis, we performed transcriptome analysis of the itraconazole-resistant strain 25-013 which was cultured with or without itraconazole, respectively. And then RNA was extracted from each sample. The whole-RNA sequencing (PacBio Revio) and data analysis of 2 samples were performed by Bioengineering Lab. Co., Ltd. (Kanagawa, Japan). The total number of bases sequenced for both samples was approximately 7,300 Mb and the number of paired reads was approximately 2,400, respectively. After annotation based on this data, a mapping process was performed based on Microsporum canis CBS 113480 (assembly ASM15114v1), which is registered in GenBank, and approximately 99% identity was confirmed with both RNA sequences.
