PAIDB

PAIDB is a database dedicated to providing comprehensive information on all reported PAIs and candidate PAIs in prokaryotic genomes. It contains 223 types of PAIs with 1331 accessions and 88 types of REIs with 108 accessions. With the improved detection scheme, 2673 prokaryotic genomes were analyzed to locate potential PAIs and REIs.PAIDB是一款专为原核生物基因组中所有已报道的致病性岛（Pathogenicity Island, PAI）及候选致病性岛提供全面信息的数据库。该数据库包含223种致病性岛，共计1331个登录号；同时收录88种耐药岛（Resistance Island, REI），对应108个登录号。依托优化后的检测方案，研究团队对2673个原核生物基因组展开分析，以定位潜在的致病性岛与耐药岛。
