Genomic prediction of Heterobothriosis resistance and standard length in the tiger pufferfish. Takifugu rubripes

We aimed to test the possibility of GS to improve Heterobothriosis resistance of the tiger pufferfish and to design a GS breeding strategy that could improve the resistance trait concurrently with growth-related traits of the species. For this sake, genomic data of 240 samples underwent the artificial infection were obtained by AmpliSeq method.
