Whole blood DNA from 8 HIV-1 infected patients on ART and was studied by ultradeep pyrosequencing. The amplicons were forward and reverse sequenced and analysed by the Amplicon Variant Analyser (AVA) software (ROCHE) using a specific script design by ROCHE and indicated specifically for its own PCRs of RT and PRO.
