Dinoflagellate AToL transcriptomes - hidden paralogy

These eleven novel dinoflagellate transcriptomes were sequenced as part of the AToL: An Integrated Approach to the Phylogeny of Dinoflagellates project (NSF award 0629624). All were assembled using Trinity version r20140413p1 (*.fna files). Coding sequences were identified using TransDecoder version v20140417 (*.faa files). Headers for all files have been modified to encode additional information related to paralogy. All text files have been compressed using bzip2 and can be uncompressed using bunzip2. Full details will soon be available in my dissertation and an upcoming research article.
