Whole transcriptome sequencing of human pancreatic cancer cell line Hs766T and its parental stable liver metastatic cell line Hs766T-L3

We used human pancreatic cancer cell line Hs766T to establish Hs766T-L3, a subline of Hs766T with stable liver metastatic ability. We used the RNA-seq to explore the differentially expressed genes in Hs766T and Hs766T-L3 cells. Through the enriched pathways, we can deepen explain the phenotypic differences between these two cells.
