Hipposideros RADseq

These are the raw RADseq reads for the 28 samples that passed filtering protocols and were included in downstream analyses for the manuscript "Parallel evolution in an island archipelago revealed by genomic sequencing of Hipposideros leaf-nosed bats" Lead author: Tyrone H. Lavery, email: ([e-mail]). We sequenced 41 total samples but removed 13 (leaving 28) which were technical replicates or poor quality before performing all analyses (see manuscript for further details). The goal of this manuscript was to understand the relationship between body size and genomic ancestry for the species complex Hipposideros diadema/dinops in northern Melanesia.
