The fungi in the rhizosphere of Eichhornia crassipes Metagenome

We sequenced the 18S ITS regions of the fungi in the rhizosphere of Eichhornia crassipes. Three types of Eichhornia crassipes were tested: the wild-type Eichhornia crassipes (NR), the drug-induced sewage-cleaning Eichhornia crassipes (PR) and the PR cultured in heavy-metal containing polluted water (CR). The aim of the study is to discover the taxonomy shift of the rhizosphere after the drug-induction and in the sewage.
