This dataset contains supplementary materials and analysis code supporting the manuscript "Mechanism-Based Reporting Patterns of Infection-Related Adverse Events With Systemic Psoriasis Therapies in FAERS". The deposited files comprise supplementary methods, supplementary tables, and the analysis-code package for a retrospective pharmacovigilance disproportionality analysis of psoriasis-indicated reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS), 2014 Q3 through 2025 Q3. The materials document drug and mechanism definitions, the clinically reviewed infection preferred-term taxonomy, cohort quality-control procedures, primary report-level analyses, indication-linked exposure-attribution analyses, infection-subcategory analyses, age-stratified and concomitant-therapy analyses, multiplicity correction, and prespecified sensitivity analyses.
