Data for: Integrative Proteogenomic Prioritization of Cathepsin B–Associated Lysosomal–Myeloid Inflammation and Blood Cell–Derived Inflammatory Indices in Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

This record contains supplementary materials and de-identified summary data supporting the manuscript entitled “Integrative Proteogenomic Prioritization of Cathepsin B–Associated Lysosomal–Myeloid Inflammation and Blood Cell–Derived Inflammatory Indices in Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia”. The uploaded files include supplementary Mendelian randomization results, supplementary figures, and a de-identified clinical summary dataset. The clinical summary dataset contains group status, age, sex, neutrophil count, monocyte count, lymphocyte count, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio, and systemic inflammation response index. Direct personal identifiers and visit-level identifiable information have been removed. Public datasets analyzed in the study include the transcriptomic dataset GSE50772 and the single-cell RNA sequencing dataset GSE301528 from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus, GWAS summary statistics for autoimmune hemolytic anemia from the FinnGen Research Project R10 release (Dataset ID: finngen_R10_D3_AIHA_OTHER), and plasma proteome pQTL data from the published study by Yang et al. Individual-level clinical data that could compromise participant privacy are not publicly available due to ethical and privacy restrictions.
