Transcriptome sequencing of mice heart in hypothyroidism versus euthyroidism

This study presents the transcriptome sequencing analysis of mouse hearts in hypothyroidism (HT) versus euthyroidism (ET) (n=5). The objective is to investigate differential gene expression in the heart under hypothyroid conditions compared to euthyroid controls. Hypothyroidism was induced in mice using 6-propyl-2-thiouracil (PTU) to suppress thyroid hormone production.
