Comparison study of gut microbiome and lifestyle-related diseases

We investigated the relationship between gut microbiota and lifestyle-related diseases based on the information obtained by the Shika-machi Super Preventive Health Examination, a population survey. The subjects were general residents aged 40 years and older living in Shika-machi, Hakui-gun, Ishikawa Prefecture.
