资源简介:
CD4+ T-cells generally fall into 2 subsets and classifications: conventional T-cells (Tconv cells) which provide "helper" function, and regulatory T-cells (Treg cells) which maintains regulatory functions in the immune system. T-cell Receptors (TCRs) are important surface markers that trigger immune responses to antigens presented by MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells. Treg cells have TCRs that have a higher affinity to self-peptide than that of Tconv cells. In this study, we performed high throughput bulk RNA sequencing on alpha/beta TCRs of Tconv and Treg cells isolated from the thymus and spleen to characterize the TCR repertoire of these CD4+ T-cell subsets.
