Peach (Prunus persica) is threatened upon Taphrina deformans infections. In order to decipher the transcriptional expression profiles in Prunus persica - Taphrina deformans pathosystem, an RNA-seq analysis at leaves of cultivar Andross was performed at 24, 72 and 120 h after infection. The samples for RNA-seq were obtained from leaves inoculated with the pathogen; mock inoculated leaves were also analyzed.
