Data behind: "Reconstructing and resampling: a guide to utilising posterior samples from gravitational wave observations"

This contains the scripts and data sets to reproduce figures from Reconstructing and resampling: a guide to utilising posterior samples fromgravitational wave observations (arXiv:510.11197). The data is packaged in a tar file, which contains the Python scripts and notebooks used to produce all results in the paper. The contents of the tar file are as follows: figures/: the figures in the paper section_2/: the conda environment YAML files and Python Notebooks used in Section 2. section_3/: the notebooks behind the figures in Section 3, along with a Python script resampling.py that can be used as a standalone module implementing the algorithms discussed in the paper. section_4/: the code behind the example of Section 4. There are Python scripts to calculate the likelihoods and then a separate notebook for plotting. We add a copy of the resampling.py module from Section 3. If using the resampling.py program (with modification), we ask authors to reference the paper and the DOI of the Zenodo version that was copied.
