Impact of treatment of chronic endometritis in patients with reproductive failure.

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and diagnostic data from 67 women with reproductive failure (implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy loss) evaluated at Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre between January 2019 and December 2024. The dataset includes variables such as patient age, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels, total motile sperm count (TMSC), infertility factors, hysteroscopic and histological findings, microbiological cultures, antibiotic treatments administered, post-treatment follow-up, and reproductive outcomes including clinical pregnancy and live birth rates. These data were used to assess the impact of diagnosing and treating chronic endometritis on reproductive outcomes. The file is provided in .xlsx format and structured in separate sheets for baseline characteristics, diagnostic methods, treatment protocols, and reproductive results. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure patient confidentiality.
