The main objective of the research was to test the effectiveness of integrating REBT and ACT in managing academic self handicapping behaviour among young adults. The data shows the pre and post intervention scores of behavioural, claimed and overall academic self handicapping scores of the experimental and control group. The data was gathered using online survey from 26 participants who took the Academic handicapping scale (Geethika & Gupta,2020) and were randomly assigned to the two groups.
