This repository contains a referee-runnable reproducibility package for the manuscript auditing whether elemental data align to a hydrogen-anchored logarithmic ladder with fixed stride C=9.72. The release includes locked input snapshots (ionization energies and radius tables, CP1 ComptonProfiles.dat, phase inputs, and a pinned pTable.csv snapshot), machine-readable derived tables, the full set of figure PDFs and LaTeX table fragments used in the manuscript, and configuration/environment capture (constants, package versions, and source hashes).The analysis is “audit-style”: inputs and degrees of freedom are declared up front; results are evaluated against explicit null controls (permutation and sham-stride ensembles) and robustness sweeps (alternate global radius conventions). The package supports reproduction of (i) the baseline envelope-proxy stress test (ionization energy + radius), (ii) the core-proxy audit using tabulated Compton profiles (Shell_1 tail-slope statistic with two-family addressing), and (iii) phase-behavior tests including a quantitative phase-boundary mapping and a complete 1-atm census association analysis.See docs/README.md for one-command reproduction instructions and MANIFEST.txt / config/README_sources.txt for file inventory and SHA256 hashes.
