Benchmark dataset of Xenium V1 and OpenFISH from manuscript: OpenFISH enables integrated high-resolution spatial transcriptomics and metabolomics on a single tissue section

In the original manuscript "OpenFISH enables integrated high-resolution spatial transcriptomics and metabolomics on a single tissue section", to make a fully like-to-like comparison of OpenFISH against commercial platform using similar panel size and same genes, a high-quality benchmarking experiment was performed using adjacent sections from same mouse brain tissue blocks. Two replicates were ascessed with RIN = 8.7 and RIN = 8.4.
