To explore the effect of ARVCF on gene transactivation induced by p53, we evaluated the changes in gene expression by RNA-seq in ARVCF knockdown or control U2OS cells. Overall design: Osteosarcoma U2OS cells stably expressing shRNA-ARVCF or negative control shRNA were treated with nutlin-3a which activates endogenous p53. The change of p53-induced gene transactivation was analyzed.
