This dataset contains whole slide images of MacroTrabecular-Massive Hepatocellular Carcinoma. Each slide is labeled by a pathologist, with a label of 1 indicating a positive result and any other label indicating a negative result. It consists of Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E)-stained WSIs collected from the Cancer Institute and Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, with appropriate Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals and de-identification measures. The WSIs were scanned at 20× magnification using standard digital slide scanners, resulting in gigapixel images. In total, the dataset includes 615 WSIs from 615 distinct patients, encompassing both MTM and non-MTM subtypes.
