These are genome assemblies of Drosophila melanogaster using Oxford Nanopore 10.4, PacBio HiFi or PacBio LILAP long reads. All were assembled using hifiasm with default parameters, except that for ONT assemblies we used --ont. These assemblies were used in the manuscript "Triplex DNA and inverted repeats cause long-read sequencing bias against satellite DNA".
