OEOsNF-YA2 RNA sequencing of RSV infection

To understand how OsNF-YAs negatively regulate antiviral immune response in detail, we performed a genome-wide transcriptomic analysis on NIP and OE-OsNF-YA2#4 transgenic plants infected with RSV at 20 dpi.In order to reduce the probability of false positives, we use a p-value less than 0.05 as the cutoff criterion. We identified 6103, 1725 and 9766 differentially regulated genes in OE-OsNF-YA2-CK versus NIP-CK, OE-OsNF-YA2-RSV versus NIP-RSV, and NIP-RSV versus NIP-CK subsets, respectively.Further gene ontology (GO) analysis precisely proved that a large number of defense-related genes, especially JA pathway, were enriched in these specific down-regulated genes in RSV infected OE-OsNF-YA2 plants
