When Islands Collide: Divergence Predicts Outcomes of Secondary Contact During the Fusion of a Paleo-Archipelago

Raw sequence data from target capture experiment in skink lizards targeting 95 specimens within the Eutropis rudis complex across Sulawesi and Borneo. The target capture probeset included multiple phylogenomic data types, including rapidly evolving long exons (RELEC), a reduced set of top-performing ultraconserved elements (UCEs), filtered sets of exons from other phylogenomic exon capture studies, and legacy Sanger loci.
