Small RNA-seq from hexaploid bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) infected with wheat powdery mildew.

Sequencing data from wheat leaf material infected with three different powdery mildew (B.g. tritici ) isolates and from uninfected leaves. The goal of the project is to investigate the wheat small RNA response to wheat powdery mildew infection.
