Complete mitochondrial genome sequencing of Euphorbia Sp.

This project aims to generate and characterize the complete mitochondrial genome of Euphorbia Sp. using high-throughput Illumina sequencing. Paired-end reads from whole-genome DNA were used to assemble, annotate, and validate the mitochondrial genome structure and gene content. The resulting data support downstream comparative genomics, phylogenetic analyses, and evolutionary studies. The mitochondrial genome sequence provides an essential reference for population genetics, molecular breeding, and functional genomics research in this species.
