50 µl of sera samples from rBmHAT immunized macaques or control macaques were incubated with 2×105 PBMC from naive macaques and 10 B. malayi L3 for 48 hrs at 37°C. Larval viability was evaluated at the end of the incubation.Significant larval death **(P.
