资源简介:
The experimental soil was collected on May 11th 2018 from a field experiment site with continuous banana cropping, located at the Lingao Xinxing Farm, Hainan province, China (19°77′ N, 109°77′ E). This is a tropical monsoon climate area with an annual average temperature of 23.8 °C and an average precipitation of 1,786.1 mm and average annual sunshine hours of 2,059 h. The soil had a dry red soil structure texture, pH 5.34, organic matter content of 3.80 g/kg, available phosphorus of 15.64 mg/kg, available potassium of 401.39 mg/kg and available nitrogen content of 91.23 mg/kg. We collected field soil with a shovel with a depth of about 20 cm, thoroughly mixed it and immediately transferred it to the greenhouse experiment with an average temperature of 36℃ and an average humidity of 37%, at the agricultural college of Hainan university, haikou city, Hainan province, China (20°06′ N, 110°34′ E). The pot experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design. Each treatment was repeated three times, with 30 flower pots containing 10 kg soil of each other. The five treatment methods were designed as follows: fallow (CK) , continuous cropping of banana (B), ‘pala pineapple’ planted (B_BP), ‘gold pineapple’ planted (B_GP) and ‘tai nong 17 pineapple’ planted (B_PP) to identify the effection of controling banana fusarium wilt disease by different pineapple variety. After 120 days of planting, the treatment B became disease so that the physical and chemical properties of the soil and the number of culturable microorganisms were determined, and the soil DNA was extracted and sent to the company for high-throughput sequencing analysis.
