Based on the research work of the paper "Physical design and optimization of micro structure semiconductor neutron detector based on Geant4", this dataset contains structured data generated from systematic simulations of the key physical performance of single-sided trench-type MSNDs using the Monte Carlo simulation tool Geant4. The study aims to balance detector performance with process feasibility, focusing on the comprehensive effects of the 6LiF conversion layer filling density, trench geometric parameters (width, distance, depth), and electronic readout threshold on thermal neutron detection efficiency, secondary particle energy deposition spectra (affecting energy response), and neutron/gamma (n/γ) discrimination ratio.
