The Fig. 5 of the manuscript shows that the manipulation of clathrin light chain conformation changes clathrin lattice structure, dynamics, and endocytosis of the cargo. This file contains PREM images and ROI files of HeLa cells expressing PH-miRFP-FRBx2 and FKBP-EGFP-CLC with or without AP21967 treatment in Fig. 5a-c. And, it contains live cell evanescent field images and tracking files of HeLa cells expressing PH-miRFP-FRBx2 and FKBP-EGFP-CLC with or without AP21967 treatment in Fig. 5d and e. It also contains confocal images of Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated transferrin uptake in HeLa cells expressing FKBP/FRB probes with AP21967 treatment in Fig. 5g.
