Polite Guard is an open-source NLP language model developed by Intel, fine-tuned from BERT for text classification tasks. The dataset includes 50,000 samples generated using Few-Shot prompting and Chain-of-Thought prompting, as well as 200 annotated samples from corporate trainings. These data are used for training, validation, and testing the model, and each set is balanced according to the label. The synthetic data covers customer service interactions across various industries.
