Results for `Differentiable simulation enables large-scale training of detailed biophysical models of neural dynamics`

These files contain the results files that come along with our preprint on `Differentiable simulation enables large-scale training of detailed biophysical models of neural dynamics`. The results files complement [the code, which is hosted on Github](https://github.com/mackelab/jaxley_experiments).

To use the results, you have to download the `.zip` file, extrace it, and then copy the folder into codebase. For example, if you downloaded `fig6_morphologies.zip`, then you should extract the folder and copy it to:

```paper/fig6_mnist/morphologies```.

Please note that `fig4` is currently missing as I got a validation error when trying to upload to zenodo.
