Initial ERF ChIP in VCaP, no biologic replicates

Given ERFs known role in competing with ERG-dependent tumor formation, we sought to examine ERF ChIP in the presence or absence of doxycycline-induced shERG knockdown. Overall design: VCaP cells were infected with Tet-inducible shERG lentivirus and selected with antibiotics. Subsequently, cells were treated with 100ng/mL doxycycline vs vehicle. Samples were then sonicated and genomic DNA extracted for ChIP-seq.
